In 1937, Paul Dirac proposed: the Large Number Hypothesis and of variable gravitational “constant”; later added notion continuous creation Matter in World. The developed Hypersphere World-Universe Model (WUM) follows these ideas, albeit introducing a different mechanism matter creation. this paper, we show that WUM is natural continuation Classical Physics, it can already serve as basis for New Cosmology proposed by Dirac. 2013, predicted values following Cosmological parameters: gravitational, concentration intergalactic plasma, minimum energy photons, which were experimentally confirmed 2015-2018. “The Discovery Supermassive Compact Object at Centre Our Galaxy” (Nobel Prize Physics 2020) made Prof. R. Genzel A. Ghez confirmation one most important predictions 2013: “Macroobjects World have cores up discussed DM particles. Other particles, including baryonic matter, form shells surrounding cores”.
